Analyze your interview by identifying themes and connecting these themes to concepts from the course.

Interview a person about their food habits or food-related work. Anyone over 18 is okay. They can be a friend or relative or a restaurant owner, farmer, food bank volunteer, etc You must get the persons permission ahead of time and let them know what the interview is about (the topics you will cover), what it is for (this class assignment) and what you will do with the information they give you (for example, delete it when you are finished writing the report). If you want to record the interview you must ask for permission to do that as well. Keep the name of the person and anyone else they mention in the interview anonymous. You can assign them pseudonyms (fake names) if youd like. You will not be submitting the entire interview but, rather, a summary and analysis of the interview. Analyze your interview by identifying themes and connecting these themes to concepts from the course. Support your analysis with a minimum of one scholarly source. Your interview summary and analysis should be a minimum of two full pages (12 point Times New Roman font, 1.5 spaced).
