PLEASE REFER TO THE RUBRIC I WILL INCLUDE UNDER FILES! 🙂 this is a comparative analytical essay for my art history course in which both exhibitions have to be thoroughly analyzed + talked about with specific references to works of art in both exhibitions.
I already chose two exhibitions and both are current exhibitions found on the Smithsonian exhibitions page
1) “Hung Liu: Portraits of Promised Lands, 1968-2020”
2) “Girlhood (It’s Complicated), October 9,2020-January 2, 2022”
in the second file I uploaded, I started off the brainstorm process and basically wrote down notes for the “word” portions of the exhibition “Girlhood (It’s Complicated)—NOT the art. It’s basically sidenotes !!
