Excessive Use of Force

I have attached a brief outline of my paper that I have already completed which includes sources and an abstract. In regards to the topics I have included, please build upon them and add more to them drawing information from the sources I have included as well as any you find. Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding the paper and what I am asking of you. There is no need to really change anything with what my paper has already started, basically, I just need you to expand on those topics I am talking about. I already have three pages written, so I need six more that expand upon it.

My topic is on excessive use of force in law enforcement. Please mention the cases of George Floyd and Eric Garner.
