Your football stadium is in serious need of immediate repairs – in its current state, the facility is unsafe for both spectators and players. Upgrades to the bleachers and to the field will cost $200,000. and you would like to fund a new $50,000 scoreboard at the same time.
Write an overview of a $250,000 fundraising campaign that can be distributed internally to the school administration and other relevant personnel. In addition, create a brochure that can be presented to potential donors (whether individual or corporate).

The paper and brochure need to include details of the campaign sufficient for any AD to actually launch the campaign. At minimum, these details should include the following:

An overview of the campaign, including a case statement, objectives, and tactics.
An appropriate timeline for the campaign, including key checkpoints and personnel responsible for various tasks.
The brochure should be designed as a two-sided, 8.5″ x 11″ page that could be folded in half or as a tri-fold brochure. The brochure should include your “case statement.”
Do not use APA Format. Include a title page and page numbers (beginning on p. 2). Do not number the brochure. The paper should be 3-5 pages single-spaced, including the timeline, but excluding the brochure and title page.
Note: This is a fundraising campaign seeking donations, not sponsorships, or payment for goods and services. While you may provide tangible recognition of donations, if appropriate (e.g. the donor’s name on a plaque, or low-cost “gifts”), the primary motivation for the donation should be philanthropic.
Reflection:
Following the paper and brochure, include a brief (1 page MAX single-spaced) reflection on the approach you used in completing the assignment. This should include the critical assumptions that impacted your fundraising strategy, such as your school’s current fundraising programs and policies, and available community financial resources. The reflection should also cite any resources used to complete the assignment. Attach a reference list in APA format.
