“The Biggest Gang in Town.” This in quotes was a T-shirt made by the police in the 1990’s (when exactly eludes me). Back in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s Boston had a serious gang problem just like many cities do today. Not to say Boston doesn’t still have them but it’s rampant in cities like Chicago and L.A. today.
