Theological Foundational

My theme is: Growing a dying black church in a thriving liberal white community. This was found in my Context of Ministry Paper
The intent of my project/document is to Develop Strategies to create a Multicultural Church from a dying Black Church. I will include my Historical Paper and Biblical Paper (I need a Theological paper this will flow out of my Biblical Paper (I selected two scriptures to base my project on John 3:17 and Revelations 7:9. What is important is that the two scriptures I used is to convince my readers that the bible supports the idea of a multicultural church now I have to write a theological paper that supports this theology of a Multicultural Church in general… I will also attach an example of a Theological Foundational Paper that we received from the professor. I have also attached the guidelines to writing this paper.
