Explain how many of you want to see a presentation on the same case over and over again?

Each student is required to prepare a college level research paper
The intent is to have students examine a United States Supreme Court case, one with criminal justice system implications, and report on the case through a research paper and a presentation to the class. The research paper will be submitted directly to the instructor while the presentation will be uploaded for the entire class to review and rate. Students will be required to follow a proper research paper format using the APA Style – http://www.apastyle.org. Please refer to the website for information on the APA Style. There are books you can purchase to get additional information, but do not feel compelled to make such a purchase. Internet research should provide you with sufficient information to complete this project. If you have any questions about formatting your paper contact the instructor.
Students are required to select a case and submit the case to the instructor via the appropriate Discussion Board for approval. Once a case is approved it will be posted for the entire class to see which will eliminate the issue of the same case being chosen by another student.Explain how many of you want to see a presentation on the same case over and over again? Me neither. Be sure to review the list prior to sending your proposed case – the earlier your submission, the better selection available.
