Defining Scope in Agile Projects:

At beginning of a project, overall scope is defined at a high level, and a backlog of possible work is identified, all project have a customer representative (aka owner), who was this?

What were the priorities of the scope i.e. must haves, what were the business needs, value add, cost, and risk for the project.
