What new hardships in the workplace are healthcare employees experiencing since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic?

I included screenshots of the instructions that my professor gave us and numbered them at the top just in case things get mixed up. I also added an annotated bibliography of a few sources that I thought would fit in well. This is a research paper, so the goal was to research how Covid has effected nurses and how hospitals are becoming corrupt. A few points I made were: healthcare workers have increased anxiety/depression, they are working through breaks and overtime (which is illegal), hospitals are jeopardizing healthcare workers health by not having enough PPE and making them re-use, and healthcare staff has been given an ultimatum to either get the vaccine or be fired, even though nurses have been the backbone of the world throughout the pandemic and they have done so being unvaccinated until now.
At least 2 sources need to be scholarly journals. I don’t mind if you add additional sources.
My research question is: What new hardships in the workplace are healthcare employees experiencing since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic?
My thesis is: Even though nurses are playing a vital role during the Covid-19 pandemic, hospitals are becoming corrupt and healthcare workers careers are on the line. (I don’t think my thesis is strong at all, so please help with that as well)
