The reflection paper is minimum of two (2) and a pages (no more than four (4) pages) in length. Reflection papers should be written in APA format, including a title page, but no abstract is necessary. In addition, no outside sources are necessary.
For this paper, you will engage in Pro-Social Behavior. Social Psychologists define pro-social behavior as voluntary behavior intended to benefit another. It includes behaviors such as helping, sharing, or providing comfort to another. Psychologists have also discovered that random acts of kindness can trigger a pay-it-forward type of phenomenon, where individuals who are on the receiving end of your act will then do a good deed for another. Over the course of ONE DAY (all acts MUST be completed on the same day!) you will complete five random acts of kindness for a stranger. These acts should be done with social distancing in mind. After you complete these Random Acts of Kindness, you will be required to answer the following questions within your reflection paper. Please make sure to write this paper honestly and thoughtfully, while keeping proper APA formatting.
What five random acts of kindness did you perform? Where and how did you do complete these acts?
How did you feel while doing the act (nervous, apprehensive, excited, joyful)? How did you feel following the act? Why do you think you felt this way? Elaborate.
What impact do you believe your actions had on others? Did you notice any change in their demeanor or behavior (if you were able to witness it)? How did they react?
Were there any particularly rewarding responses to your kindness?
Do you think small acts of kindness can impact people/the world in a big way? How/why or why not?
Do you think youll continue performing random acts of kindness (be honest!)
Cite two facts from the attached reading that surprised or intrigued you- and explain why. Make sure to use in-text citations when citing the article (it’s a website) and include in your reference page.
