Health literacy and self-efficacy as predictors of diabetes self-management, and disease control among type 2 diabetes mellitus patients

I need this literature review to be used in a dissertation proposal entitled “Health literacy and self-efficacy as predictors of diabetes self-management, and disease control among type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.”
Please start the literature review with an introduction about diabetes in general, Its types, diagnosis, definition, the currently available management, burden of the disease globally, in the eastern Mediterranean region, and in the gulf council countries with a focus on type 2 diabetes.
Then speak about the study variables specifically, the health literacy, self-efficacy, self-management behaviors (self-care behaviors), and diabetes control, their definitions concepts and relationship to each other and their relationships to each other and to the diabetes control (preferably each variable in a separate paragraph) with supporting studies from the available literature.
It would be great to speak in the literature review about the tools (questionnaires) available and validated in the literature to assess the study variables. References in Vancouver style
