Topic: Efficient Customer Service
As we approach this year’s annual Pearson Customer Appreciation week, I would like to reamplify our mission of “To help people make progress in their lives through learning.” In addition, this year, I want to shed light on the importance of efficient customer service and collaboratively innovate new ideas on improving our efforts. Of course, the success of any organization depends on high-quality customer service (Goodman, 2009). But for companies that strategically align customer service with their overall corporate strategy, it can transcend typical good business to become a profitable word-of-mouth machine that will transform the bottom line (Goodman, 2009). Although we have done a great job maintaining a great review of customer satisfaction, I believe this year we can generate a new and unique approach. I am confident that this will not only make an impact on this year’s improvement but also contribute to our efforts to maximize our potential.
