Pick a topic from each of the guest lectures talk for a deeper dive. Using the Library tab in your course, perform a research write-up (7-8 pages double spaced) on the topics using at least three sources per topic.
Guest Lecture Research Topics: There are 3 process change experts that will be doing a guest lectures throughout the course. The goal is to take one of the topics/problems presented that you find the most interesting and do a deep-dive based on the following questions:
What other healthcare orgs have run into this same sort of problem?
How big of an issue is this issue nationally?
Give an example of an organizations that solved the program well/best in class. Describe how they solved the problem.
