2. Select one of the BIG GEMS and provide a specific example to include statistics of what the health disparity created. In the film, Dr. Pomercy spoke of the unconscionable disparities. She provided the statistics that lack of a high school education puts an individual at five times the risk of poor health.
3.Reflect on Dr. Pomercy’s call to action to address social justice. What did she mean by this? Give at least one example she provided and provide three of your own ideas that would reduce health disparities.
4.What role do you see yourself having in your future or current profession to address the determinants of health and reduce health disparities?
