3) Are their services offered to individuals diagnosed with a disability in that country? (In the United States we have several services offered to individuals diagnosed with a disability. Those services vary state-to-state. Most states have Easter Seals, Boys and Girls clubs, local chapters/meetings of support networks for family’s with a child diagnosed with Autism (Autism Speaks) or Downs Syndrome, Special Olympics, and Social Services. In California, we have specialized services offered through the Regional Centers).
