Identify at least ten leadership theories including the theorist and time-frame for each.
Provide a solid description of the key components and how the theory was unique in the field of leadership.
Consider the strengths and weaknesses of each theory.
Identify the source(s) of your information, citing at least 10 references to valid (recent, relevant, high-quality) external sources of information pertaining to leadership theory. (See Research section below for specific requirements)
Organize your findings to create a taxonomy of these theories, in some logical fashion (for example, chronological or categorically organized).

For each of the 10 leadership theories provided, you will need to include at least one peer-reviewed/scholarly reference from a journal, book, or magazine.
Websites, such as Wikipedia, businessballs, ask.com, about.com, etc. are unacceptable resources and will not be accepted for credit in this assignment.). If you did not access the reference from our online NECB library, you may not be using peer-reviewed work.
At least 3 sources must come from the eLibrary, and be other than your identified readings contained in the course.
You are required to paraphrase – the use of quotes is not indicative of high-level analysis and will result in a significantly lower grade. No more than 1 quote may be used in this assignment, and no quotes of more than 40 words (requiring block quote format) are permitted. Papers with more than 1 quote will be graded a zero.
ORGANIZATION & FORMAT
In preparing any paper, be sure to organize your material so that it flows in a logical manner. For this particular assignment, the template is already designed to include the use of a title page, appropriate headings within your table and your References. No separate list of References is needed (that information should be included int the last column of the template for the corresponding theory.). No table of contents is needed, nor is an abstract required. APA style should be followed with regards to all the sources of information that you use in your table – they must have correct in-text citations and a corresponding entry in the final column.
Use Grammarly to assist you in ensuring your work reflects graduate-level writing – it should be entirely free of grammatical, spelling and/or language errors. . Papers with more than 10 writing errors will be graded a zero.
