1. The management styles in figure 1-3 on page 14 of the textbook.
2. The concept of managing vs. leading – at least 2 examples to demonstrate the difference.
3. What is your personal management style?(Authoritative) How has the authoritative management style been a positive and negative as you worked in the area of early child care as a teacher and/or supervisor? As you respond to this question, give at least two examples of when the style has had a negative impact and two examples when the style has had a positive impact on a situation.
