For this assignment, you will write a background paper that analyzes a team experience you’ve had from a leadership and management perspective.
1. Summarize an experience you’ve had as part of a team regardless of your role (team member, leader, supervisor, etc). In your summary, explain the composition of the team (number of people, ranks, structuring, etc) and the purpose of the team (why the team existed) to the reader.
2. Describe the most prominent strengths and weaknesses of the team and the impact they had on achieving their goals to the reader.
3. Explain what actions could have been (or were) taken to build upon strengths and correct weaknesses to the reader.
4. Integrate lesson objectives (consider thoughts, discussions, and readings from the lessons) and other research associated with the Leadership module.
