Using your current employment as a model, develop a step-by-step guideline for team building. Use information gathered in the debate discussion to assist in determining the advantages and disadvantages of the various team types available. You might find that your workplace would benefit from more than one team type. If that is the case, choose the type you consider to be most important. In addition to presenting your guideline, determine which tools and techniques you would expect these teams and leaders in the organization to use. Apply your knowledge of leadership methods and develop a plan for improving team performance within the workplace.
Your paper should be 3-4 pages long, not including the cover page and references page, and should use a minimum of 4 credible sources, which may include this week’s supplemental reading and other sources, to support your findings and conclusions.
