The assignment requires you to first read the Disney mini case
Using the case and the additional
information you collected, for your analysis, apply the Integration-Responsiveness
Framework, to analyze Disneys approach to managing its operations in China.
Based upon the information collected and your analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of
Disneys strategy in pursuing the China Market and offer and defend two actions that
Disney should take to improve its efforts in China. Write a three-page not including
appendices — memo that summarizes your analyses, evaluation, and recommended

i. This should focus only upon the key takeaways from the attractiveness of the China market for Disney, while any details should be placed in an appendix.
1. This can be presented as follows in this example: As one can see in Appendix 1, the attractiveness of China to Disney is due to .

ii. This section should also describe the implications from the country attractiveness analysis for the choice of alternatives described in the introduction.
b. Describe the highlights from your analysis of the Integration Responsiveness framework
i. This should also focus upon the key takeaways from the analysis of the companys operations while the details should be placed in an appendix.
