Explain the relevance of Kelo vs. New London and the initial legislative response to the decision. Give an overview of your three states’ (as assigned below) legislative, administrative and judicial responses since the initial response. If you have a state that has made no changes, then simply explain what the law is in that state as it relates to the finding in Kelo. The paper should be no less than 7 pages and no more than 10, double spaced, Times New Roman (or your word processor equivalent).
