For the lens of theological christian perspective: Letter of Intent (overview of why you are ready for doctoral candidacy and how the knowledge gained in the (counselor education and supervision) CES program has influenced your career goals). Attached is an overview of what will be included in the portfolio to assist in developing letter of intent. Career goals include – full tenure status at a university teaching in a counselor education and supervision program, advocacy for the profession, gate-keeper of the profession as professor and clinical supervisor for arising graduate students, and developing curriculum to promote integration of christian faith and multiculturalism in all facets of program curriculum.
