Start with a good, solid description of the problem (at least 2 paragraphs, possibly more). This can be followed with information highlighting the causes of the problem as well as implications and/or why the problem matters.

Cite your sources in the main body of the text and also provide a works-cited list at the end of the assignment. Aim to have at least 3 sources (and at least 1 of them an academic source), but having more sources is even better.
