Cost and Benefits of Cisco’s Organizational Structure Strategy

– Read integrative case 10.0, Cisco Systems: Evolution of Structure (pages 683-688)

– Write an analysis on Cisco’s organizational structure using what you have learned from the module slides (posted in the files section)

– Be sure to analyze the costs and benefits of each design strategy (using evidence from the case and/or discussing potential costs and benefits suggested by theory).

Guidelines:
– Do not just restate case facts. Rather, you should use information from the case to support your analysis, which should be explicitly based upon theory learned from the course thus far.
