Is honest, fully informed consent to have sex, by an adult who really wants to have sex with you, sufficient justification to have sex with her/him if you also are an adult and want to have sex with her/him? That is, if you are both legally competent adults and both voluntarily mutually agree to have sex with each other and both want to have sex with each other and neither of you is lying to the other about anything, is that sufficient grounds for doing so? Why or why not? If you both want to have sex and both give informed consent (there are no lies being told by either to the other, no knowledge of relevant information intentionally withheld, no coercion, etc.), is there anything wrong with your having sex? If so, what could be wrong with it, and why? If more than one thing, name them all, and explain why they make it wrong.

Separate question: Apart from anything related to sex (i.e., we are not talking about sex in this case), is informed consent by an adult in general justification for doing something with them that you both, both being adults, agree to — as in, say, a business agreement or contract? Why or why not? I am talking about an agreement that you both will honor (even if it is just a verbal agreement) because you both are honorable people (so it doesn’t matter whether the agreement is in writing or not because neither of you will need to prove there was an agreement or what it was; you both would admit there was an agreement and accurately state what it was). And I am not talking about an agreement that is to do something clearly wrong or illegal such as a contract killing or arson for hire, etc. Consider just legitimate, honest, legal, mutually consensual agreements. Could the agreement be wrong even if mutually accepted? Could it be justifiably broken after it has been accepted? Why or why not?

Be sure you support your views with one or more underlying moral principle(s) that have not already been shown to be flawed unless you can say why and how the flaws do not apply or are not really flaws.
