“This is too high level. You want to start getting into the actual requirements for the new bibs. You have general statements about why you want to have complimentary products and the benefits to parents, but missed actually describing the project requirements for the bibs. How big, what color, how do they go on the infant? one size fits all? what manufacturing machine will produce? what is needed to accommodate the new product in the production line?
The inventory approach was not identified. How will you inventory raw materials for the bibs, WIP, finished product?
The capacity plan was not provided. How many will you be able to produce with what machine and what staff? How many the first month? second month? first year, second year? Does it change? What will limit you from producing more? Machine capacity? staff capacity? facility size?
The process flowchart is not the production process. This is what you need to determine and then describe it in the process flowchart in detail. Forklift driver drops pallet of plastic pellets at the start of the line, Machine operator 1 puts pellets into hopper, Machine operator 1 monitor until 800 degrees is reached, etc., etc. Review the process flow shapes and be sure you are using the correct ones – these were not correctly used.
