Exercise plays an important role in sports and wellness. For your paper, decided whether your research will be condition driven or sports driven relative to exercise and the course. Then follow the guidelines below:
Describe the muscles involved in the selected sport or condition.
Describe the biomechanics involved in the sport, (action of the joints) or condition.
Describe an injury mechanism or system breakdown, relative to the selected sport or condition.
What types of tests/assessments/orthopedic examinations/ laboratory tests are performed on the person?
What other assessments are utilized?
Describe a plan you would propose for the rehabilitation of the said injury or system deficiency related to the sport or condition. This plan should include but is not limited to: specific exercises, nutritional advice, motor behavior application/exercises, implementation of equipment.

Project Paper Requirements:

Please use APA format. Use double-spacing with one-inch top, bottom, left, and right margins; use Times-New-Roman size 12 font. The Project Paper is to include a title page, abstract, and a reference page, with 4-5 content pages. At least 2-3 references must come from the EU Online Library. (See “Library Link” under “Course Home” for instructions on accessing the EU Library). A running-header is not necessary. All works listed on the reference page must be cited in the Project Paper and all citations appearing in the Project Paper must appear on the reference page.
