What unique opportunities or challenges have you experienced throughout your high school career that have shaped who you are today.

I would like to discuss my transition from private catholic school my whole life into a public high school where I had to earn the trust of faculty, staff, coachesmake new friends, try out for sports, run for class officer, student council, I am now NHS President and running for student council president. Most of the students at this school had been together since kindergarten and I was a newbie. I took on leadership roles that allowed me to become extremely involved in the school. I strived to do my best at everything and respect my teachers and classmates. Elaborating on how each of these challenges helped me grow as a person. I also won 2nd place at the state powerlifting meet and am striving to win the state championship this year. That physical and mental challenge taught me that hard work pays off, etc. I am going attach questions that I had answered for a scholarship and maybe that will help with the essay and get a feeling who I am.
