It is important for the assessment that you apply management ideas/theories/concepts studied in this module to Abel & Co. All management ideas/theories and concepts should be referenced.You should complete the following tasks and present your work in a report format and should cover the following points. 1. Provide an overview of Abel & Co, presenting key data and information in order to set the scene and demonstrate your knowledge of Abel & Co. Include some historical information about the company and explain its organisational structure. Discuss the strengths/drawbacks of Abel & Co’s structure and its impact on its management approach and culture (LO1 and LO2). 2. Abel & Co has a strong ethical ethos in its strategy.
