The overarching qualitative research question that will guide the study is: What are tenured and non-tenured teachers’ perceptions of how various factors contribute to teacher attrition from K-12 schools?
The sub-questions for the study will be:

What factors do K-12 school tenured teachers believe contribute to teacher attrition?
What factors do K-12 school non-tenured teachers believe contribute to teacher attrition?
What is the difference between perceptions of tenured and non-tenured teachers of factors that contribute to teacher attrition?
