thanks for the document. I believe you still need to focus your attention on two focal points: 1. Your population (who exactly you are interested in) and 2. The health behaviour/health issue you are targeting. This should become evident also from the literature review.

As for the RQ this could be exploratory, as we discussed, therefore you cannot discuss about effects or other kind of causal relationships.
