The Course Capstone Project is a sustained research and analysis project that you will work on throughout the course. In this project, you will write a proposal to create and maintain a partnership or coalition that will have a positive impact on your selected health issue.

Complete your Course Capstone Project (research proposal). Your proposal must be a minimum of 6 to 8 pages long, not including the title page. Each of the following components is required:
o Problem statement (1/2 page)
o Explain the health issue.
o Write a complete explanation of the health issue and target population.
o Describe current work on this issue.
o Write a complete description of existing groups or associations, working on this issue.
o Coalition Plan of Action (2 pages)
o Explain the intentions of your new coalition or partnership.
o Explain how stakeholders will be identified.
o Explain the mission and vision of your coalition or partnership.
o Explain the objectives and goals of your newly formed group.
o Explain how your group will be structured and organized.
o Include how responsibilities will be divided among the group members.
o Sustainability Model (2 pages)
o Describe potential barriers to success and what you can do to overcome them.
o Describe a sustainability plan. What will you do in the organization of your group to ensure it will stand the test of time?
o APA formatted bibliography
o Cite at least 5 peer-reviewecixd, scholarly, or similar sources.
