This is the question to answer.
Evaluate a current healthcare policy at your institution. Use the PDSA model (a.k.a. PDCA) explain your process for improvement of the policy. Be sure to address the following questions:
Plan- What do you hope to be accomplished by your plan? State your goal (objective) (i.e. By June 30th 2018 there will be a 10% increase in patient satisfaction scores)
Do- What is the plan that you propose to be done? How do you plan to do this?
Study (Check)- What data will you analyze? Why? What can you predict from this data?
Act- What changes do you anticipate you will need to make as a result of the data? (Although actual data will not be available at this point, your answer to this question should be based on your hypothesis of what the data will show).
