ESSAY: Write a 4-page essay where you will describe and discuss ALL of the following topics: A. Describe, Discuss and Debate the pros and cons of using technology in Corrections. B. Describe & Discuss in what ways do women’s prisons differ from Men’s prisons? C. What is the doctrine of Sovereign immunity? To what extent are today’s correctional officers shielded from civil lawsuits brought by inmates. D. Describe and Discuss additional strategies for diverting persons with mental illness from the criminal justice system.
