The research report requires you to conduct an N = 1 study with yourself as the only participant. Please let me know which study idea you decide to go for, I can check this with my lecturer to make sure it is approved. The data will need to be collected over a 10-14 day period i.e. 1 week with intervention idea and 1 week without. You will need to use software like JASP/ SPSS for your data output.
