Improving Institutional Performance: A Comprehensive Needs Assessment Approach

Introduction

In recent years, our institution has faced challenges that have hindered its overall performance. To address these issues effectively, we must conduct a comprehensive needs assessment to identify the root causes and develop targeted strategies for improvement. As the leader and designer of this plan, I recognize the ethical, diversity, and legal responsibilities that come with conducting a needs assessment. This paper outlines the considerations and approach we will take to ensure a responsible and inclusive process.
