– Introduction Details can mention very briefly the assumptions, procedures, and references that I WILL add after this two-page Executive Summary.
– The Introduction and Executive Summary can talk about the skills required to make an accurate Construction Estimate. The procedures to make calculations, software skills, interpreting correctly construction drawings and schedules, experience, familiarity with the drawings of the project, etc.
-You can add your consideration to whatever you think a construction estimator needs to know for a precise construction estimating assessment.
