Your primary intent should be to define the problem, use the CDC Policy Analytical Framework to dissect the problem, subject your proposed remedies to a brief cost-benefit analysis, and detail how you would revise the policy to be more effective and efficient. Also, make sure to detail the ethical implications of the current and revised policy.
