****APPROVED TOPIC*****

The researcher proposes a literature review on Talent development and succession planning. The researcher plans to gain more information, specifically about Non-Profit organizations.

Talent development is correlated to planning and forecasting. Successful acquisition and retention of talent within an organization can affect an organization’s sustainability and long-term success. Non-Profit organizations, especially small-sized organizations, historically experience high employee turnover. The researcher intends to obtain data to improve staffing with quality employees and implementation of succession planning. Qualitative and quantitative research, along with trends and new analyses, will aid in developing a quality literature review.
