For this discussion, you will debate with your classmates on your opinions if U.S. space program is positive or negative for the public. Explain if the U.S. government should fund massive projects such as returning to the Moon or missions to Mars. Should space missions be contracted to private space explorations or should NASA fill that role? You must explain in a paragraph or two, with specific examples, and your answer must include credible sources that support your argument.
