When preparing a PowerPoint presentation, remember that the presentation should give structure to your talk, express your main points, and provide visual interest to keep your audiences attention. Links to PowerPoint tutorials have been provided to help you with developing your presentation.
Requirements
For this assignment, you will create a PowerPoint presentation, in which you introduce and describe 10 mobile applications. Your presentation should have a minimum of 20 slides and should be developed as a lesson, with digital images or pictures, sound recording (narration), and examples when appropriate. The 20 slides must follow this order:
Slide 1: Title slide with your full name and title of the presentation
Slide 2: Objectives. Provide a brief explanation of the presentation objectives. On this slide, learners should get a clear understanding of what they will learn by the end of the presentation.
Slides 3-17: Content slides. Use these slides to present the learning content. To satisfy the 20-slide-count minimum, at least four of your apps will need to be described over two PPT slides. (The other apps can be described on a single PPT slide each.) Use your second slide can be used to display your screen capture image(s) or screencast video from the app. Dont forget to include a citation for the image (tell us where it came from) in APA style. The content slides should include the following elements:
-Clear and accurate titles with appropriate content on each slide
-Descriptions of ten (10) Mobile Applications — include for each app:
~full name of the app
~purpose of the app
~description of how it is used
~description of the typical users of the app
~what mobile device platforms it can be used on (i.e., Android, iOS, etc)
~at least one related image or picture for each app description
Slides 18-19: Conclusion slides. These slides should summarize the information provided in the content slides.
Slide 20: Resources slide. This slide should contain complete citations for all of the sources used to create your presentation. APA formatting is required for all content on this slide.
