What are the consequences if nothing is done to address the problem?

1. Why is this an important topic? Support your reasons with data and other information, for example:
How many and which people are affected by the problem?
What are the consequences if nothing is done to address the problem?
2. What are the causes of the problem? Identify causal factors, complicating circumstances, and other complexities to the problem?
3. What is currently being done about the problem and why has that not been enough to solve the problem? 4. What do you think are the best strategies to address the problem? Make sure to identify the kinds of organizations that should be involved; what do we know about what works; and also identify why it will be difficult to implement your proposed strategies.
