CRM combines practices, strategies, and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. CRM is all about people. Throughout the history of CRM, regardless of the techniques or technology involved, the important aspects of CRM are the customers. The goal is to improve customer service relationships the customers have with the brand or organization. How those relationships are managed can benefit customer retention, sales revenue, and higher customer satisfaction.
CRM is a process, a technology, and a philosophy that addresses how an organization interacts with its customers.
