HERE IS MINE THAT NEEDS TO BE REDONE :

I am returning back to school to become an ARNP or CRNA. I want to either do emergency medicine if I get my ARNP or teach nursing school. I want to use my CRNA to do labor delivery if I decide to go that route. The bridge’s model of transition begins with the ending stage. This states in the book the individual must discontinue a connection or let go of the past. This is not my first class in the BSN program but in fact my second class. My first class I was not letting go. I thought I could still do everything I did before starting school. I thought I could pick up extra shifts and work over time and not study much because I have always been good at school but I was wrong. I needed to set time to study and get things finished but after realizing that it was too late and I had to drop the class I would call this the disenchantment stage in our book that happened. I went through disorientation phase which in our book states sense of confusion that occurs with the change, the period of emptiness as one moves from previous or old phase to the new phase. I questioned why I started back school and did I even want to do this again but I knew deep down I did not give it all and that next semester I was going to do this and make a plan to get through this.the book states the new beginning phase is the acceptance of new knowledge,values,attitudes and behaviors associated with the role change. I feel now I am at the new beginning stage because I now accept that I am going back to school and I am setting aside time to study.
