Nursing Care Plan paper is a highly detailed, academic exercise that allows you to demonstrate your understanding of the nursing process, and even more importantly, your ability to apply the nursing process in the practice of patient care. The competency begins with preparation for patient care, guides the actual delivery of care in clinical, and provides a vehicle for reporting patient care delivered, including evaluation of patient outcomes and the application of the nursing process through self-reflection by the student.

In this course, you will develop an individualized plan of care based on a thorough review of the patient’s history completed as a part of your clinical preparation and the findings that you determine as a part of your initial focused assessment. You will focus on the analysis step of the nursing process, learning how to analyze detailed patient data forming clusters necessary for the identification of the patient’s problems, and how to use the Problem List to determine nursing diagnoses. The nursing interventions and rationale that you will develop requires the utilization of multiple resources and nursing standards of care. This written plan of care will be based on your clinical preparation and patient care for one patient.

i have already started this care plan just need help finishing it and making it look better all patients info has been added if you need to embellish to tie together the information you have go for it if you need a resource from my text book ill send the Biophysical still needs filled in and edited the whole document needs to be formatted so the text is not bold in some responses and not others so it looks the neat
path part needs to be done and prioritized problem list and the care nursing care plan lab values still need rational for the abnormal values im uploading all the documents for you to see she gives us an example of an excellent care plan and my document that needs to be finished
