The essay is for a Leadership class. The Case Study (Word Document: The Eighth Army Fights Back) is the primary source for the essay.

4. Composition (Includes Organization and Correctness): The introduction, main body, and conclusion are effective and clearly delineated. Writing is nearly free of spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. The paper is properly formatted. Sources are properly cited in the correct format.
