I teach kindergarten so please add that in there. I also think some major components should include my students always feeling safe, that we create goals, and that really getting to know my students is ideal.

(By teaching for 21 years in Milwaukee public schools and seeing how each child has a story, their family life has influenced my teaching style. I have more empathy for my students.
