Dr. Tracy Krueger (GMU Alumna, PhD 2014) is an Associate Behavioral Scientist working at RAND Corporation. She is sharing a very interesting project related to Selecting Air Force Special Operations Personnel to an HR Selection Analyst group, including you! Assuming that you are a part of this audience, you are being asked to participate in think tank session after the presentation.
Your task for this assignment is to assume the role of a knowledgeable HR Selection Analyst and respond to each of the questions posed.

First, Dr. Krueger will provide a context of the population she worked with and its policy implications.

Fourth, she describes steps utilized to improve the selection system so that individuals who were selected would be successful in training
Finally, Dr. Krueger describes how the work she and her colleagues did inform practical changes.
