Provide a brief conceptualization of the individual’s presenting concerns (e.g., What are the salient issues?; What are the specific behaviors the individual is exhibiting?; What is the level of distress?; etc.).

For the case study below, please answer the following questions (1-5). Your total response for each case study should be ~750-1000 words.

1. Provide a brief conceptualization of the individual’s presenting concerns (e.g., What are the salient issues?; What are the specific behaviors the individual is exhibiting?; What is the level of distress?; etc.).
2. Describe what your assessment of this individual would look like in your first session/encounter with them.
3. Describe a type of treatment and specific interventions that are appropriate for this case.
4. Discuss your thoughts on the medications that have been prescribed or that could be prescribed in this case (if applicable). If your recommendation is to not prescribe medication, please discuss that, too.
5. Consider cultural variables, including gender and age, where applicable. (Note: If you have addressed cultural variables in questions 1-4, you do not need to answer this question or you may comment only on the variable(s) you have not already discussed.)
