For this first HW assignment, you will be picking a company that is well known as a traditional brick and mortar store and discussing how they have adapted to the changing times associated with the Covid-19 pandemic. What have they done in terms of e-commerce to limit the impact had on their business? Discuss their business model/approach before the pandemic and how that has shifted since then. Provide analysis and recommendations for what they could be doing differently. You can’t pick companies like Amazon that were predominantly already E-Commerce companies.

Specifics: 2 page max, single spaced, 12 font – include a cover page and a references page with any articles/links that you used
